NB: Dogs are not allowed to enter within the Domain.

The interiors of the castle are accessible through guided tours only.

Be careful : please arrive at the Domain 10 minutes before the visit starts as there is some walk from the entrance of the Domain to the castle itself.

During the Rendez-vous aux jardins French national event (June 1-3, 2018) and the European Heritage Days (September 15-16, 2018), the Castle will exceptionally open at 10 am.

Please note that access to the park is exceptionally free during the Rendez-vous aux jardins French national event (June 1-3, 2018), the European Heritage Days (September 15-16, 2018), and the Salon du Livre de La Brède (September 22-23, 2018).

During the Rendez-vous aux jardins and the European Heritage Days, prices of guided tours are also adapted.

Take the tram (line B) which connects Bordeaux to Talence.

Take the bus line n° 502 – stop Avenue Capdevielle to la Brède.

21 minutes from the Bordeaux Saint Jean train station.

35 minutes from Bordeaux airport.
